Surry Hills, Australia Acast Full time

**About Acast**
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.

**About the role**

Do you love podcasts?

You’re not alone—podcast consumption in Asia is growing rapidly, and Acast is at the forefront of this exciting industry. As an **International Sales Planner**, you’ll play a key role in expanding podcasting in Asia while supporting Acast’s business growth in the region.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team in **Singapore and Hong Kong**, assisting in media planning, proposal development, campaign ideation, and podcaster coordination. You’ll also collaborate with brand and agency partners, as well as internal teams across campaign management, ad operations, and audio production, to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to be involved in multiple aspects of **podcast advertising** while developing as a **digital media professional**.

**What you´ll do**
- ** Support the sales team** by responding to briefs, developing sales plans and proposals in collaboration with sellers in the region.
- ** Understand Acast’s podcast inventory and ad solutions** to enhance recommendations for advertisers.
- ** Build strong relationships with Acast’s podcast partners** in Southeast Asia and North Asia to maximize their monetization opportunities.
- ** Act as the point of contact** for podcasters before and during campaigns.
- ** Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously,** ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- ** Liaise with brands and agencies** to coordinate campaign setup, delivery, and performance.
- ** Work closely with campaign managers and the programmatic team** to monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery.

**Use CRM tools** to input sales orders and confirm campaign details with clients and agencies.

**Who you are**
- A **highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive doer** who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel and GSheets**and confident working with numbers.
- Skilled in **PowerPoint and Google Slides**— using it as a storytelling tool rather than a crutch.
- Ideally, you have **some experience working with media buyers in Asia** (preferred but not essential) and an understanding of multi-market advertisers (preferred but not essential).
- ** Excellent written and spoken English**.
- An additional language (Chinese, Cantonese or Japanese) will be useful but not essential

If you’re passionate about **podcasting, digital media, and advertising**, and you’re excited to be part of Acast’s journey in Asia, we’d love to hear from you

**Culture & DEI**

Acast is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin or any of the other wonderful characteristics that make us different.

Culture is our number one priority as a business. We believe people come first, and we work every day to enable autonomy, continuous improvement and bring out the best in people. We’re global and have remote teams, so it’s even more important that we strive for an open, inclusive and caring environment where everyone feels visible and welcome.

We consider ourselves a modern organization driven by strong values to create the best, most fulfilling and nurturing culture.

We very much look forward to finding the next great person to join our cause
