**A day in your life as a BWS Area Manager**:

- Delivering the BWS strategy by leading, coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers spanning multi sites to deliver our vision of creating a more sociable future, together.
- Driving a culture of team connectedness across locations (Connected Communities) and way of working.
- Contributing to & implementing BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy.
- Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture.
- Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with looking for ways to do things simpler for your teams.
- Role modelling working horizontally as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems and best practice to improve team and customer experiences. Identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future.

What do we need from you

**About you**

You tell usWe want you to come as you are, be yourself and have fun.
- Strong leadership experience in managing multiple sites (ideally 15+) and large teams (ideally 100+) within a retail environment.
- Experience in navigating complex licencing/regulatory landscapes will be well regarded.
- Passion and transformational leadership abilities.
- Big picture thinking and innovation.
- A customer and team focused approach.
- An ability to guide, develop and inspire your team through change. Flexibility to travel as required in the role.
