**What You’ll Do**:
As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, you’ll bring vision, structure, and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio. Your mission? To drive performance, build capability, and lead with authenticity.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores
- Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets
- Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans
- Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region
- Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects SHEIKE’s values
- Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent
- Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens
- Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams

**What You’ll Bring**:
We’re looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and knows how to bring out the best in others.
- 3+ years in a multi-site retail leadership role (e.g., Cluster, Area, or Regional Manager)
- Proven experience in fashion retail with strong styling knowledge
- A track record of delivering results through people and process
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for team development, coaching and leading with purpose
- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel interstate
