**HSE & Training Administrator - Casual**

- We are currently seeking **Expressions of Interest** from highly skilled and safety focused **HSE & Training Administrators** with strong experience in an outages environment to join our team. This position is responsible for organising the competency training, inductions, and compliance matrix for all outage personnel mobilising to site from a UGL and UGL sub-contractor perspective.
- To be considered for a role it is **ESSENTIAL** that you have the following skills and experience:

- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in scheduling and coordination of high-volume blue-collar Inductions, CTO’s and training
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
- Previous experience working on heavy industrial site preferred with ability to work longer hours and weekend work
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site administration with Training / CTO and Induction Administration experience
