Client & Contract Manager

Urbans provides a broad range of Arboricultural, Civil, Environmental, Horticultural, Landscape Construction, Sports Turf & Open Spaces and Weed & Pest Management services to State & Local Government, Community / Aged Care & Residential Housing, Commercial Facilities and Civil & Construction Industries.

**The Role**

Due to ongoing growth, Urbans are seeking an experienced motivated professional to oversee and coordinate the Client and Contract management of our operations group.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Contract and Tender review and interpretation to gain full understanding of contractual requirements
- Set and monitor deliverables/deadlines for the Operations team to ensure contractual requirements are being met
- Conduct audits to ensure contractual requirements are being met
- Ensure annual price increments are requested and processed when due
- Submit quotations and variations requested by Clients, in consultation with Operations and Estimators
- Liaise with internal Accounts/Finance team for all invoicing requirements
- Complete contract performance reporting
- In consultation with and with assistance from the Finance team, monitor financial performance and any early warning signs for issues that may arise
- Develop contract management plans and works programs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements
- Monitor adherence to client policies, procedures and processes
- Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with clients

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- Completion of a relevant degree qualification or relevant equivalent experience
- Experience in contract admiinistration
- Strong data management, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills
- High level of interpersonal and effective communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Effective in technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role in the construction industry will be highly regarded

- Confident and able to comfortably interact with people of all levels
- National Police Clearance
- Drivers Licence
