Roving Crowd Control Supervisor

Underpinning our services is our Risk Advisory and consulting team of experts who provide bespoke security solutions.

**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a part time permanent Roving Crowd Control Supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week. You will be travelling to a range of venues across the Melbourne CBD to lead, manage and support the Crowd Control Security team based at these venues.

Hours:
Thursday 6pm - midnight

Friday 5pm - midnight

Saturday 5pm - midnight

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with the team to provide a high standard of performance and service levels to clients
- Proactively engage with clients across various sites
- Providing effective management of any complaint or performance related issues
- Ensuring Crowd Control team is provided adequate training to perform their role effectively
- Review, identify and provide recommendations for quality control and overall standard improvement processes
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Promote, encourage, and maintain safe working practices
- Managing reporting requirements for any incident, injuries, or hazards
- Ensuring that all processes are compliant with industry standards
- Reviewing SOPs, policies and procedures and updating where required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
- Previous experience in Crowd Control
- Current Victorian Security licence / Crowd Control licence
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Current First Aid with CPR
