We are seeking qualified and reliable Security Guards and Crowd Control Personnel to join our team for our upcoming event at [Event Venue]. As a member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and control access points to the event venue.

Conduct thorough bag checks and enforce security policies.

Manage crowd flow and density within the venue.

Provide a visible and approachable security presence.

Respond promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.

Collaborate with event organizers, venue staff, and local authorities.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in event security and crowd control.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Valid Victorian Security license.

Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
