The demand for dedicated security guards and crowd controllers has become increasingly crucial as we make it out the other side of the pandemic.

We are looking for people to be apart of Melbourne’s growing **nightlife**. As Melbourne’s progressive **music scene** is returning we need committed **security guards** and **crowd controllers** to work on **weekends** within a broad spectrum of exciting **music venues, bars and nightclubs.**

We need people who are **reliable**, **self motivated** and who are capable of communicating effectively within a **team environment**.

We are a Melbourne based company specialising in providing high quality security to the **Hospitality Industry** offering services including, but not limited too, **RSA Officers, Crowd Controllers, and Security Guards**.We have a focus on customer experience and service boutique bars, niche nightclubs and event based venues throughout Melbourne's inner city.

- Clear **communication** and **conflict resolution** skills
- Ability to thrive in a **team environment.**:

- Excellent **observation** skills
- A valid **Victorian Security Licence**:

- The right to work in Australia
- Valid **RSA**:

- Weekend / night-work availability
- **Role of Security officer**:_
- Liaise with venue management and bar staff to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for people to enjoy themselves in.
- Control entry to licensed venues.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA) protocols are upheld to the highest possible standard.
- Assist with the resolution of conflicts or removal of problematic patrons from a venue.
- **Role of RSA officer**:_
- Identify and address possible situations in regards to patrons and guests who appear to be intoxicated or are approaching a level of concern.
- Assist licensees to ensure that Responsible service of alcohol protocols are upheld.
- Liaise with venue management and bar staff to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for people to enjoy themselves in.
