**The Star Gold Coast currently has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Entertainment Guests Services Attendant**

As an Entertainment Guests Services Attendant, you will form an integral part of our front of house customer service team for our world class events at The Star Gold Coast.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by meeting, greeting and escorting guests; assisting with enquiries, complaints or requests of assistance
- Maintain changes made due to customer's needs and expectations
- Perform general cleaning & housekeeping duties, while always maintaining a high level of presentation for The Star Theatre
- Actively promote upcoming events in the Theatre and keep up to date on the current property wide promotions and facilities
- Ability to comply with all aspects of department Operational Health and Safety
