**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain an organised reception area, meeting room and office
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Manage key tagging and tracking for office security
- Assist in booking and preparing marketing materials for sales and property management
- Provide administrative support to agents and internal teams
- Liaise with clients, agents, and admin staff to ensure seamless operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Professional presentation and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not essential)
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
