Currently, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with proficiency in both English and Hindi to join our dynamic team and propel our brand forward.

**Role Description**:
Marketing Specialists at our firm develop and coordinate advertising strategies to boost market presence and identify opportunities for new and existing products. This role involves crafting campaigns that resonate within targeted demographics, assessing market trends, and driving product innovation. Marketing Specialists will leverage their expertise to enhance our brand's visibility and effectiveness across diverse markets, ensuring strategic alignment with our overarching marketing objectives

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:
**Strategic Marketing Planning**: Ability to plan and develop advertising policies and campaigns that align with sales objectives and target the specific market dynamics of the Indian grocery sector.

**Target Market Expertise**: In-depth understanding of the Indian community’s buying habits and preferences, capable of advising on advertising strategies that effectively reach and influence this target market.

**Campaign Coordination**: Skilled in coordinating various aspects of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, ensuring all activities are executed within budget and time constraints.

**Consumer Behavior Analysis**: Competence in analyzing consumer patterns and preferences specific to the Indian grocery market, interpreting and predicting trends to stay ahead of market needs.

**Market Research Proficiency**: Experienced in commissioning and conducting market research to explore potential demand for new and existing products, and in analyzing data to identify market opportunities.

**Marketing Mix Strategy**: Knowledgeable in all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotions, and distribution channels tailored to the Indian grocery market.

**Business Development Support**: Ability to support business growth and development by preparing and executing detailed marketing objectives, policies, and programs.

**Cultural and Language Skills**: Proficiency in regional languages, such as Hindi, and familiarity with cultural nuances to craft appealing marketing messages for both retail and wholesale channels.

**Innovative Problem Solving**: Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies that distinguish the brand in a competitive market.
