**About eKitchens**

eKitchens is a leading provider of **custom cabinetry and flat-pack kitchen solutions** in Australia. We are expanding our **digital marketing efforts** and looking for a **Paid Advertising Specialist** to take ownership of our **Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and Pinterest Ads**. This role is perfect for someone who is **data-driven, creative, and strategic**, with a proven track record of **optimising paid campaigns for maximum ROI**.

**Role Overview**

As a **Paid Advertising Specialist**, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising **paid search and social media campaigns** to drive high-intent traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for both B2C and trade audiences. You will work closely with the marketing team to align **paid strategies** with SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimisation initiatives.

**Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads & PPC Strategy**
- Develop and **optimise Google Ads campaigns** across **Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads**.
- Conduct **keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management** to maximise conversions while maintaining a **target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)**.
- Implement **dynamic remarketing campaigns** targeting **abandoned carts, past website visitors, and trade professionals**.
- Continuously **A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies** to lower **Cost Per Lead (CPL)**.
- Monitor and adjust **Performance Max campaigns** to improve ad placements and conversion rates.

**Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads**
- Build and optimise **Facebook and Instagram Ads**, leveraging **Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, dynamic ads, and retargeting strategies**.
- Implement **Lookalike and Custom Audiences** to **re-engage trade customers, repeat buyers, and high-value leads**.
- Manage **Facebook Retargeting** to nurture warm leads and encourage conversions.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, audience segmentation, and placements to maximise engagement and conversion rates.

**TikTok & Pinterest Ads**
- Develop and execute **TikTok Spark Ads** and **Pinterest Shopping Ads** to reach DIY renovators and trade professionals.
- Implement **trend-based advertising** strategies on TikTok, leveraging UGC and influencer collaborations.
- Optimise **Pinterest SEO & Promoted Pins** to capture high-intent users searching for kitchen inspiration.
- Monitor emerging **short-form video trends** and incorporate them into ad strategies.

**Analytics & Performance Optimisation**
- Track **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest/TikTok ad performance** using **Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio**.
- Utilise **UTM tracking, conversion APIs, and offline event tracking** to measure ad effectiveness.
- Generate **weekly and monthly reports** outlining **key performance metrics, insights, and action plans**.
- Collaborate with the **SEO team and website developers** to ensure landing pages are fully optimised for **conversion rate improvement**.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **3+ years of experience** in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media advertising (TikTok, Pinterest preferred)**.
- Proven track record of managing **$10K+ monthly ad budgets** and **achieving high ROAS**.
- Strong understanding of **Google Performance Max, dynamic retargeting, and bid strategy optimisation**.
- Experience with **Facebook Ads Manager, Advantage+ campaigns, and Lookalike Audiences**.
- Knowledge of **TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Ads** and how they integrate into a holistic paid strategy.
- Familiarity with **Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Conversion API tracking**.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimise campaign efficiency.
- Experience in **eCommerce, home improvement, or B2B lead generation** is a plus.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Knowledge of **programmatic advertising and AI-driven ad optimisation**.
- Experience with **landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)** and A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with **influencer marketing** and its integration into paid ad campaigns.
- Creative ability to **develop ad visuals, write compelling copy, and produce video ad content**.

Pay: $60,534.82 - $80,000.00 per year
