**What You Will Be Doing**
The role of Security Manager is responsible for managing the provision of contract security services across Peninsula Health. Additionally they provide leadership and support to ensure the integration of security operations supports a safe environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The role requires a highly experienced individual with a strong background in security leadership, sound business acumen, and well developed interpersonal skills to manage this service. This position must develop effective working relationships at multiple levels including the executive, clinical and non-clinical areas and their individual teams. The Security Manager will be expected to use their expertise to guide the Health Service to successfully transition and integrate the PPP security services contract for the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Private Security Licence
- Experience in OVA education delivery
- Managing a large scale security or related workforce
- Tertiary qualifications in a security related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent professional training and experience) preferred (Desirable)
- Manage commercial or large scale operations (Desirable)

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for the salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
