In this role, you will assist in providing high-quality care services for residents in our Serviced Apartments, ensuring choice and compassion are always supported. You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are exceeded.

**About the role**:

- This is a casual role assisting our team with planned and unplanned leave. Shifts may vary from AM to PM shifts and comes with penalty rates
- You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Provide assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
- This role is based at Aveo Peregian Springs however to boost your roster, you may be able to work at our other Aveo community in Buderim and potentially Morayfield if you live closer to Brisbane

**About you**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Health Services Assistant or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
- Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date
