**Description**:
The Superintendent is expected to provide leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: Supervising and management of team and resources, ensuring the safety of crew members, following WHS guidelines, planning & scheduling, employee relations, the productivity of crew members & quality control and administration. Being able to keep strong relationships with all employees, subcontractors, external stakeholders and the client.

Reporting to the operations manager this position will be responsible for the efficient and economic supervision of pavement rehabilitation projects. We are looking for an experienced superintendent with minimum 7 years experience within the road construction industry, and a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, strong knowledge of road construction machinery, IT capability working across Microsoft and other software platforms and demonstrated interpersonal and organisation skills.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Minimum Requirements are**:

- Demonstrated experience in road and earthworks, with a preference for stabilisation experience
- Current unrestricted class C Australian drivers licence (HR licence is preferred)
- Commitment for their own health and safety and that of others that may be affected by their actions
- Able to manage maintenance requirements are kept to standard

- Be available to travel throughout Western Australia, and interstate, for reasonable periods of time as required
