**Responsibilities**:

- Social Support
- Domestic Assistance -General hygienic cleaning
- Personal Care -Showering, Dressing, Hygiene, etc.
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication prompting / or administration
- Respite assistance
- Transportation - Appointments, Shopping, Social
- Overnight Care - Active or Passive

**Requirements & Attributes**:

- Medication Charts (if available) are correctly documented.
- All required documentation is recorded on Care Vault system
- All Policies and Procedures as per Raz Care standards are followed
- Own or have access to a registered vehicle, must be roadworthy, and hold a valid driver's licence
- Competent English Language Skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to treat all clients with respect, dignity, and compassion under any/all circumstances
- Ability to do Personal Care and Domestic Care
- Previous Experience in Disability or Aged Care ( 6 months' experience desirable but not compulsory for position)
- Ability to follow and adhere to the Raz Care Core Values

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Cert 3 Individual Support / Aged - Disability
- NDIS Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Clearance
- Medication trained (Preferred but not essential)
- First Aid / CPR Clearances
- Manual Handling
- Covid-19 Vaccinated x 3
- Flu Vaccination
- Proof of Working Rights (Australian Citizenship or Visa)
- Police/ Criminal History Check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $33.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person

Pay: From $33.28 per hour
