We are seeking a dedicated and committed GUEST SERVICE AGENT staff member to join our friendly team. Approx. 3-4 days per week. We are a "management rights" apartment resort, with a mixture of permanent & holiday rental apartments - operating its own busy onsite reception office. Previous experience within a Front Office/Reservations position in the hospitality and tourism industry is a MUST. To be successful in this role you should: - Be able to work weekends if required - Have previous experience in a busy front office environment. - Have an excellent phone manner and customer service skills - Have excellent computer skills - Have a good track record of time management and attention to detail to ensure paperwork is done correctly - Experience with REI/EzyRez preferred - Team focus with the ability to work autonomously, the ability to think on your feet & solve problems if they arise. - Be professional and well presented with a positive attitude WEEKEND HOURS REQUIRED. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 16-24 per week **Salary**: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
