We are Rabecca Cares, a boutique values-driven NDIS service provider seeking several disability support workers. The support workers we are looking for are passionate about providing exceptional care, have experience working with children with Autism or young adults with Bipolar and schizophrenia. You will be compensated with above the market rates for your commitment to delivering a great customer experience and care with empathy and compassion. We are looking for experienced, reliable and empathetic Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in achieving their goals and living their best life.

Successful applicant will be expected to have a good understanding of how to support an individual living with disability. Must be passionate about helping others to maintain their quality of life. You'll need to be compassionate, empathetic with strong listening and communication skills to be successful.

**Qualifications & Experiences**
- Certificate IV in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support or relevant (preferred)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- Current national police check
- Driver’s license
- NDIS Worker Screen check
- NDIS Orientation online training (1 hour online course)
- Infection Control Training - COVID 19 (1 hour online course)
- Working With Children (WWC) Check

**SHIFT ACTIVITIES**:
Shifts can involve assisting our clients with activities of daily living: personal care assistance including showering/dressing /meal assistance/domestic support, manual handling and community access assistance i.e. transporting the client to appointments/shopping centres, domestic assistance i.e. assisting with household tasks.

**Essential Criteria**

Previous experience supporting people with a disability

Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

The legal right to work in Australia for at least 20 hours

Excellent communication skills

A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
