Join our team as a Support Worker/Personal Care Worker, providing compassionate support to seniors in the familiarity of their own homes, assisting them to maintain their independence and dignity.

We are looking for support workers in the Eastern Region of Melbourne, - Hawthorn, Kew, Balwyn, Doncaster, Blackburn, Burwood, Malvern, Richmond, St Kilda, Croydon and Ferntree Gully.

Generally, the hours of work will vary from Monday to Friday during 8am to 5pm with travel required. We are seeking a support worker that has a minimum of 3 week days available and is happy to work on a casual basis.

**What you will do**
- Provide personal care to our elderly participants, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility assistance, assistance with eating and drinking, and respite care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
- Empower our elderly participants to make their own decisions and promote their overall well-being.
- Assist with light duties in a household setting within our Community Service division.
- Providing transportation (e.g. medical appointments, shopping)

**What we look for**
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care (minimum qualification) or equivalent.
- Completed 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Possess Victorian Driver's Licence + Full Comprehensive Insurance.
- Commitment to delivering quality care to our elderly community.
