The Role

We are seeking a skilled carer to support our clients with personal care, domestic support, socialisation and companionship in the inner Bayside area.

  • Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
  • Engage clients in social activities, promote independence and provide emotional support.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
  • Experience working with high care clients and individuals with dementia is essential.
  • Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support, such as Certificate III or IV in these fields.
  • Previous work experience in Home & Community Care, Nursing or lived experience caring for a friend or loved one.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificates.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work outdoors and enjoy physical activity.
