Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate carer to join our team. As a carer, you will play a vital role in supporting clients living in the community, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
">- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
">- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
">Requirements:
">- Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification (essential)
">- Current Australian Driver's Licence (green provisional minimum) (essential)
">- Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work-related travel (essential)
">- Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
">- Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
