**ROLE: Sales Executive**

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our real estate sales division. Being responsible for all sale associate tasks from generating sales, responding to lead generations that we already have in place, to closing the sale. Being results driven, you need to be self-motivated and have experience in the residential sales space. Start your next step in your career with KPE.

To be a perfect fit for KPE, you would have:

- Real Estate Sales experience
- A current certificate IV in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence
- A true desire to deliver great results

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
