Maintenance
- Concrete corrosion treatment

**About the Role**:

- Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base (carpenters, fitters & labourers)
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
- Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers & completion of paperwork required
- Travelling between company job sites in Sydney surrounding suburbs
- Ability to supervise individuals from trades, apprentices and general labourers
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team in a positive and productive manner
- Ability to liaise and work with others to achieve positive outcomes
- Ability to support and guide individuals on each job site
- Able to perform and or carry out observations and performance reviews of on site employees
