**Key Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (desirable) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in both hard and soft landscaping techniques.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Excellent reporting and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience mentoring and supervising apprentices.
- Manual driver's license (desirable) and preferably MR license.
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as bobcats and excavators.

**The Role**:
As our Landscape Construction Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of skilled landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Utilizing your expertise in both hard and soft landscaping to execute projects to the highest standards.
- Conducting regular reporting and administrative tasks to keep project documentation up to date.
- Safely operating heavy machinery and overseeing their use on-site.
