genU is looking for a **Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor** to join our team, ensuring beautiful, well-maintained grounds for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding, and herbicide spraying.
- Follow all safety protocols, completing Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and required permits before work begins each day.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with management and customers about work progress and upcoming needs.
- Maintain genU vehicles and equipment, reporting any faults promptly.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

**About You**

**You will need the following for this role**
