**About the BIM Manager role**:
The purpose of the BIM Manager position is to provide leadership and direction to the Digital Engineering (DE) Program and DE stakeholders. In this role, you will guide the development, delivery and embedding of the Digital Engineering Program platforms, frameworks, information and processes, and provide leadership to the internal Subject Matter Experts assigned to the program.

The Digital Engineering program is a 2-3-year initiative that will transform Powerlink’s network projects by upgrading and modernizing their key tools and processes. Your initial impact to the program will be through tailoring and owning current project frameworks to be fit for purpose and injecting your Digital Engineering expertise into the early phases of the program and pilots. You will guide this transformation across the 24month fixed term contract span, with a desire to stay on to sustain and embed the work.

**What will you need to be successful in this role?**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in setting up Digital Engineering, BIM processes and federated models for DE workflows
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and maintaining a common data environment (CDE)
- Experience in the HV transmission asset management environment or similarly large capital infrastructure/construction development environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide specialist technical services and advice to key stakeholders and customers
- Experience with BIM workflows, interoperability and exchange between various authoring and BIM management tools;
- Demonstrated competence in multiple types of BIM software, for example: InEight, Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Microstation, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM360, Revizto, iConstruct, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Infraworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, 12D, Cost X, Synchro, dRofus, FME, Maximo, ArchiBUS;
