**Responsibilities**:
As our Client Relationship Officer, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that require your diligence, persistence, efficiency, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client appointments, both in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate scheduling and prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Recording and maintaining client information with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Processing client payments, invoices, and insurance claims, adhering to established protocols and maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Creating a warm and professional atmosphere for clients by greeting them with courtesy, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Working at a fast pace, effectively multitasking, and managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.
**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, demonstrating diligence, persistence, efficiency, and reliability, preferably within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise and meticulous work in all tasks.

**The Role**:
We currently have two positions available, one for a permanent part timer looking for 20-25 hours per week and one for a casual of about 12 hours per week. The possibility to combine this into one full time position is also available.
