Our team is looking for front desk reception in the evenings and saturdays the days and hours are:
Evenings 4.00pm to 8pm and saturdays 8.30am to 5pm

Duties include:
Work independantly

Greeting patients

Scheduling patient appointments, managing appointment books

Patient information data entry

Processing HICAPS claims and accounts

Managing telephone enquiries and bookings

Capable of multitasking

Strong communication skills with patience caring and courteous manner

Work alongside reception staff and practice manager and able to work as a team

Willing to learn new skills and take direction from manager

some knowledge in dental and medical prefferd not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stirling, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
