JBS Australia’s Southern Division, headquartered in Melbourne, has the largest multi-species processing facility in Australia, processing beef, sheep, and goats. JBS Southern processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Yield Coordinator currently exists to join our team at our Brooklyn Plant. Located just 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD, our Brooklyn Plant is a 5 day, multi-species operation with the capacity to process up to 1,400 head of cattle and 8,200 head of small stock per day.

**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Travel to all Southern sites Beef and Lamb to support the continuous improvement of each sites revenue opportunities
- Work closely on the production floors with supervisory teams in real time
- Audit and report to plant managers on visit findings
- Hold the Weekly Southern Yield phone hook up to monitor and action plants results
- Work closely with head office yield analyst coordinator
- Analyse all southern yield reports every morning and report focus areas to sites
- Analyse Trend data and real time reports for each site

**About you**:

- Good understanding of both beef and lamb operations
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook
- Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Takes other's perspective's into consideration
- Must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement
