You'll be responsible for
- Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
- Reviewing new claims from inception to liability determination
- Compliance focus
- Make key liability decisions
- Information gathering and investigations
- Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes
- Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
- Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handling correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and interpret medical reports.
