**Job Description**:
As a BOSS Officer based in Peth Airport, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, training, troubleshooting with respect to the Order Management module of BOSS.

Other responsibilities will be:

- Streamlining the O2B process within standard policies and best practices in line with BOSS OM KPI’s.
- Support and work closely with BOSS Coordinator.
- Responds to internal customer issues and initiates resolutions in line with finance and business procedures.
- Facilitates development of reporting analysis and dashboards, enhances process controls and systems, pricing strategies, training and internal contexts.
- Develops and sustains awareness with proper communication to internal stakeholders to improve O2B processes.
- Works with Finance Billing Team, Finance management and businesses to develop improvement opportunities that can increase the profitability of the SGS Group.
- Support to upload Price Lists.
- Manage User Module in BOSS including periodic review as per global mandate.
- Create Project Templates in BOSS OM as required.
- Create/upload price lists or framework agreements.
- Manage invoice approver settings in BOSS OM.

**Qualifications**:

- Exposure to BOSS Oracle (or similar) ERP system.
- Previous experience in finance and/or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of general finance practices and processes.
- Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility.
- Able to work independently.
- Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing change in multi-cultural environments.
