The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our Perth team. This role provides vital support to the Development Team across all aspects of project delivery — from planning and development through to marketing and sales.
As a Project Officer, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of property development functions and have the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Development Team with project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Attend and record minutes of project meetings.
- Assist with marketing releases, including market research, pricing, and product development.
- Monitor and maintain project feasibilities, budgets, and reporting.
- Collect and analyse data on competition, costs, and market trends to inform project decisions.
- Assist with community development initiatives and sales office delivery.
Contribute to acquisitions work and other delegated project tasks.
About You
You are an enthusiastic and organised team player with strong communication skills and a keen interest in property development. You take initiative, work well under pressure, and enjoy contributing to a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering, town planning, finance, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to the property development or construction industry is desirable.
