Our reputation is not only due to the high-end machinery and quality service we provide, but also our ability to train, support and develop people from outside the industry. We are now looking for our next Field Service Technician to join our service department.

**About You**
- You are mechanically minded and have a passion for fixing and repairing, whether it's working on your own car at home or on an industrial machine. This has allowed you to develop sound fault-finding skills so you can tackle any mechanical issue that comes your way.
- Hands-on work is what you enjoy most and you are looking for a change of industry whilst still being in a role that allows you to work with your hands.
- Whilst you enjoy tinkering in the workshop, you prefer the freedom of going out on the road and visiting different customer sites. This is because you find it rewarding getting to meet different customers, providing them with valuable technical support and being able to service their machinery requirements.

**About the Role**

Working across NSW and our branch in Moorebank, some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing your skills and knowledge with a broad range of machines across 5 industry brands; from CNC machinery, pneumatics, to hydraulics.
- Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users (2-week process).
- Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons.
- Performing regular routine maintenance checks throughout NSW.

**Selection Criteria**

- A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
