**Your new role**:
We have an exciting new role in our Parramatta office for a PA extraordinaire to join our growing Audit team.

In this role you will provide exceptional administration support to our Parramatta Audit Director, as well as the broader Audit Director group as required.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Diary management

Preparation of proposals, tenders, and general correspondence

Liaising with clients, and responding to general enquiries

Database Management - including updating and maintaining accurate records

Collation and preparation of confidential documentation

Managing monthly billing process

Fresh eyes and a willingness to suggest changes and process improvements, if needed.

**We are ideally seeking and individual with**:
5+ years’ experience in a professional services environment, audit experience highly regarded

A strong team focused approach

A willingness to take ownership of their role

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
