We are an award-winning SMSF audit firm providing services to clients across Australia. As a forward-thinking and technology-led practice, we specialise in high-quality audits and take pride in our efficient systems, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships.

We're now looking for a Graduate Auditor to join our growing team and develop their career in the specialist field of SMSF auditing.

About the Role

As a Graduate SMSF Auditor, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of work, including:

  • Assisting with SMSF audits under the guidance of experienced auditors
  • Preparing and reviewing audit workpapers
  • Researching superannuation legislation and ATO rulings
  • Supporting technical queries and drafting documentation
  • Contributing to process improvements and updates to internal procedures

You'll report directly to the Principal and receive mentoring, technical training, and a clear pathway for career progression.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in accounting, commerce, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, responsible, punctual, and mature in approach
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • A genuine interest in superannuation and compliance
  • Previous exposure to SMSFs or audit (through university, internships, or work experience) will be highly regarded but is not essential
