**Milk the Cow **is a licensed fromagerie situated in Lygon Street, Carlton, close to the institution of Jimmy Watsons Restaurant and Wine Bar.

We have been described as one of the hidden secrets of Melbourne.

We specialise in a niche market of matching cheese with wine, champagne, beer, gin, whisky, cider. But also offer cocktails, fondue, hampers, cheese and wine over the counter.

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Shift Leaders who can share our passion for our product combined with outstanding customer service and leadership skills to lead, engage and motivate our team at Milk the Cow in Carlton.

There is a close working relationship with our sister venue Milk the Cow in St Kilda.

We open at lunch time and close around 11pm. We are currently open six days a week Tuesday to Sunday.

We provide extensive product training to match your love of cheese and beverage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:
