Your role at Clorox:
We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our ANZ marketing team (team of 8) to manage our Homecare portfolio and Chux® brand across ANZ. The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading and developing brand strategies and business plans for the cleaning utensils portfolio (Chux) to deliver financial and brand objectives, in order to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Your mission will be to work with cross-functional teams and agencies to plan, execute, measure and improve brand campaigns, creating best-in-class practices. You will lead the local strategy and execute the integrated marketing plan to achieve sales and share targets.
This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid working between our Sydney Olympic Park office and home - approximately 3 days per week in the office. This role will report to the Marketing Manager ANZ.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in developing the strategy and own the execution of insights-led marketing plans for the cleaning utensils portfolio (Chux) to achieve the Australian & New Zealand business objectives. These plans will encompass the full marketing mix (ATL and BTL activations).
- Drive the 3-year IDP (Innovation Domain Plan) with Project Teams to deliver Net Sales target for Chux across ANZ.
- Lead social marketing execution for Chux within Australia and be the key client contact for all major BTL and packaging agencies.
- Assist in developing & managing the NPD pipeline for projects across Chux for ANZ.
- Provide inputs into the long-term brand strategy and annual budget development.
- Lead the Chux cross functional collaborative neighborhood group.
- Be responsible for managing the A&SP budget across the portfolio including phasing, reporting & invoicing.
What we look for:
- 3+ years’ experience in FMCG Brand Management.
- Proven experience developing and executing leading-edge brand activation plans, including digital, social media and consumer engagement.
- Proven experience in product innovation development from concept to market.
- Proven experience managing projects across cross functional teams.
- Experience working with and interpreting scan data.
- Be a cross functional team player and exceptional communicator who can influence and manage projects between functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or related area.
