We are seeking an allrounder to join our team at Kawana Waters Marina.

This position is not limited to, but would suit the semi-retired looking to remain in the work force and stay active.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Mowing and general garden maintenance
- Assist with repairs to marina walkways and docks
- Pressure washing - paths and bins
- Cleaning of the BBQ area
- LPG refills (training will be provided)
- General maintenance as requested by Management
- Some cleaning of onsite amenities

Minimum 40 hours a fortnight, or as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.87 - $34.68 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
