**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in management or related discipline are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework is highly desirable.
- Qualification (or ability to obtain) a Level 2 Incident Controller or Planning Officer.
- This is a position of trust; a security clearance check will be conducted, and the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Neg vet 1 security clearance if not already a holder.
- Successful applicants will be required to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
