**The Position**

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a key member of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Agri-Technology (CEAT) executive team, providing strategic advice and leadership. The COO oversees the Centre's ongoing operations and is responsible for revenue building and guiding business development.

**The Person**

You will be an experienced and efficient leader who has excellent communication and people skills, exemplary work ethic, and a strong understanding of the university's business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing. Your experience and understanding of the university finance system and budget allocation process would be highly regarded.
