Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Administrator to join operations based in Collie. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our site and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to site managers and staff
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Manage communication between site personnel, management, and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
- Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and site visits
- Handle the ordering and management of site supplies and materials
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tracking budgets
- Manage site filing systems and record-keeping
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and timesheet management
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in site administration or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- Familiarity with site health and safety procedures is a plus
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a strong problem-solving ability
