**SUMMARY**

**Cornell Corporation **is a group of Australian family-owned private businesses which operate from branches in Sunshine West VIC, Wetherill Park NSW and Virginia QLD with further growth on the horizon. We attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division therefore we're searching for a highly qualified marketing individual to work closely with management to achieve our strategic strength and direction.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Continually review marketing activities and present strategic improvements to the management team
- Prepare 12-month marketing plans with budgets for all group companies
- Prepare budgets for activities and events and negotiate best deals with suppliers
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
- Plan and coordinate events including trade shows, trade nights, and training
- Arrange / coordinate meetings with suppliers and customers
- Manage company websites ensuring they are maintained, relevant, and up to date
- Manage SEO, Google Adwords, Remarketing to ensure all group companies performance is optimised on Google
- Manage all social media campaigns and marketing including content writing, scheduling and performance monitoring
- Be actively involved in the development of e-commerce platforms
- Assist with pricing strategies
- Assist with the development of channel management strategies to optimise sales growth and margins
- Understand complex channels to market and devise, plan and execute relevant and effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Continually review marketing activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support management in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analysing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organising promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Shared responsibility for sales targets

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tertiary Qualification in Business (preferably Marketing)
- Current Drivers License
