Reporting to the Project Director (ERP Transformation), the ERP Integration Manager will

support adoption of global standard processes, drive harmonisation of processes across

business units and countries, and manage key stakeholders including Solution Owners,

Business Process Owners, and SMEs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for championing successful delivery of cloud solutions portfolio through

effective project leadership and thought leadership to help internal stakeholders navigate

their journey to the cloud
- Manage the development and implementation of the cloud solution and partner with the

Functional Leads and Technical Lead to establish an operating model for success in the

maintenance of the cloud solution as well as embedding a model for continued

innovation in the Cloud
- Conducts complex needs assessment and requirements gathering directly with

stakeholders on business impacts - people, process, technology arising as a result of

Oracle Cloud solution implementation
- Provide guidance and coaching to business stakeholders on capabilities

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialty (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain,

Business) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in conducting ERP implementations
- 2+ years of experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle Cloud Applications
- Experience in IT project delivery, SaaS experience preferred
- Knowledge of system implementation lifecycle, ideally with a focus on business change,

process adoption, UAT, training and post go live support ideal
