The Forest Blend Cafe is in need of a new cafe manager

Nestled in Forest Glen, our cafe caters for a range of clientele, offering both healthy and scrumptious items for customers and always prioritising customer satisfaction We are neighbouring the amazing Ninja Jungle and state of the art Synergy Performance Insistute Gym
- This is a full-time role with a fixed hourly pay. _

**What we're after**:

- a minimum of 1 year management experience in a similar setting
- barista skills and latte art
- ability to think of promotions and specials
- communication and organisational skills
- someone who can liaise closely with other staff, including our chef to create seasonal menus
- stocktake, ordering, rostering
- familiarity with Lightspeed is a plus
- maintaining current workplace health and safety food practices

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
