**About the role**
This SMB Account Executive role is an extremely unique opportunity We’re looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Rippling sales team in Sydney - someone who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle -engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, closing revenue from marketing generated demos, and working with our implementation team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers.
**What you will do**
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
- Run sales calls with short deck presentation and a detailed product demo
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
**What you will need**
- 1-2+ years quota carrying sales experience as an AE in a SaaS organisation
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software is a bonus
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- BA/BS Degree preferred
**Additional Information**
Rippling employees work on a Hybrid Office Model - 3 days per week in our Sydney office.
