**About Us**:
The Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) is Victoria’s first dedicated public mental health service for young people aged 12 to 25, created in response to the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. Officially launching under independent governance in July 2025, PYMHWS is a transformational service delivering tailored, evidence-informed care for young people with complex mental illness across Melbourne’s north and west.

We are passionate about collaboration, innovation, and delivering care that meets the unique needs of young people and their families. As we establish this vital new organisation, we’re seeking purpose-driven individuals to join us on the journey.

**The Opportunity**:
Be part of Victorias new public youth mental health service. We're seeking a highly organised, detail-focused **Project Officer** to support our transition on July 1, 2025.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support with the transition of Orygen Specialist Program to Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS)
- Edit, review and coordinate clinical and corporate **policies and procedures**
- Manage timelines and stakeholder input with care and clarity
- Support the **decommissioning of our Footscray site**
- Collaborate with our **Project Management Office** and Quality teams

**You'll Bring**:
✔️ Strong writing, editing & formatting skills

✔️ Experience in health, mental health, or public sector settings

✔️ Excellent communication and project coordination abilities

✔️ A passion for youth mental health and system transformation
