Western Health’s service portfolio and supporting teams are growing rapidly - we have established a new role to oversee the allocation of all our clinical and administration areas to maximise utilisation and occupancy.

Your first task will be to establish a database to serve as our Masterfile of all our space and allocations. This will then become your tool to analyse and optimise the allocation of space to ensure we are meeting the most pressing needs of our workforce and services. You will have strong skills in the use of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality and know how to use these to inform the Executive’s service planning decisions - for this we also need you have a high level of writing skills. Ideally you will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and are comfortable engaging across a broad range of levels across the organisation.

As part of the WH logistics portfolio you will be working alongside an extremely skilled, energetic and passionate small team all of who have a strong focus on ensuring our supporting services enable the provision of Best Care to our Community.
