The Opportunity

This is not just another concierge position, it's a career pathway, you'll be working closely with the Aura Concierge Manager with a clear trajectory toward a future leadership or head Concierge position within the expanding Etymon Concierge portfolio.

You'll work alongside the Concierge Manager in the daily operation of Aura's concierge desk, supporting residents and guests, mentoring casual team members, and playing an active role in the delivery of Black Key, our premium VIP lifestyle service for high-value members.

This position is ideal for an experienced concierge who thrives on responsibility, aspires to leadership, and wants to learn every facet of the Etymon Concierge residential lifestyle business.

Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome residents and guests with a genuine, professional presence.
• Manage access, deliveries, key storage, and service coordination with absolute precision.
• Anticipate resident needs, from the everyday to the extraordinary.
• Support the execution of Black Key Member requests and bespoke lifestyle services.
• Assist with the mentoring and scheduling of casual concierge staff.
• Monitor building operations, CCTV, and visitor management systems.
• Liaise seamlessly with building management, contractors, and hospitality partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate service and improve processes.
• Always Represent the Etymon Concierge brand and culture of excellence.

Who You Are

• Naturally friendly, calm and problem-solving personality
• 2+ years of experience in a premium customer service, luxury residential or hotel environment.
• Impeccable communication and presentation — polished, confident, and personable.
• Deep local knowledge of Sydney's best restaurants, events, and hidden gems.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
• Naturally proactive with a "nothing is too much trouble" mindset.
• A supportive team player who leads by example and seeks to grow into management.
• High level of experience with Microsoft office is an advantage
• Flexible with 7 day, AM or PM rostering (no overnight shifts).
