We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our team in our Melbourne office.
In this role, you will support the efficient, effective, compliant and customer focused day to day operations of Stockland’s land lease communities (LLC) Contract Services team.
**This role is being recruited as a contract covering parental leave until January 2026.**
**About the role**
You’ll be managing contracts from start to finish for Stockland’s land lease communities. This means handling everything from preparing contracts to making sure they settle smoothly. You’ll also be keeping track of important dates and making sure everything is recorded correctly in the CRM system.
**Some of your day to day responsibilities will include**:
- Preparing and arranging execution of customer sale contracts.
- Managing contracts from execution through to settlement, including handling critical dates, cancellations, extensions, rescissions, and organizing settlements.
- Participating in the implementation of ‘Release to Settle’ improvement initiatives.
- Attending training and complying with Stockland’s policies and procedures, including legal escalation, privacy, and document storage.
- Embracing a customer-centric mentality and collaborating with the team and other business stakeholders.
**About you**
- You will have previous experience in conveyancing or contract administration/management, preferably in a Real Estate or legal environment.
- Desirable: Experience with LLC conveyancing, Salesforce, or DocuSign is a plus, but not essential as training is provided.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
