Leading Client is looking for a Data Officer in Sydney on a 4 months contract. APPLY Now

Connections Operations Team:
Front door for connection or altering connections to clent's network. Connection Operations is a highly structured work team who handles over 150,000 widgets a year. We are responsible for accurate data creation and maintenance for ALL client's connections to the network and the associated set up of billing conditions. We pride ourselves on utilising automation, streamlining of processes and working with Average Handle times and Service level agreements to achieve outstanding customer service both internally and externally.

Skills set required for the role:
1. Attention to detail
2. High volume churn work and work towards agreed targets
4. Communication skills - written and verbal (handling phone calls - MUST)
5. Work as a team and self-manage
- 35 hours/week (7hours - Mon to Fri)
- Minimum 2 days at office location
- Must have home workstation set up (eg. Wifi and additional monitor/s)
- Laptop, mouse and headset will be provided.
